Alternate Locations: Work from Home; Fort Wayne, IN (Indiana); Radnor, PA (Pennsylvania)Work Arrangement:Hybrid/Flexible : Work at home and use the office as appropriate for in-person collaboration.Relocation assistance: is not available for this opportunity.Requisition #: 73851The Role at a GlanceWe are excited to fill an opening for the role of a Sr. Business Metrics & Analysis Consultant supporting our Retirement Plan Services Operations in a remote environment or hybrid in a key city location. In this role, you will provide subject matter expertise and direction to design and implement in-depth business analytics, metrics and predictive modeling to support goals and objectives for the Retirement Plan Services team. You will collaborate with stakeholders and provide consultative advice and analytic support to advance growth and profitability initiatives and deliver meaningful business results.What you'll be doing

• Consult with management & business stakeholders on use of quality business analytics, tools and market information for acquisition approaches & opportunities
• Serve as an 'analytics champion' educating the business to drive adoption and usage of data analytics to further business results
• Identify, analyze and interpret current & emerging complex developments/business trends, assess impacts, and presents information to management to incomplete trends/developments in current and future strategies
• Collaborate with IT & other stakeholders to evaluate current state of data and develop tactical plans to improve data management and resolve technical challenges impeding data availability quality, metrics consistency and credibility
• Develop & implement a business analytic framework to include forward-looking metrics and insights, create dashboards & scorecards utilizing existing and newly developed metrics and performance monitoring systems to provide management and quantifiable gauges of business results and impact of plans and tactical initiatives
• Partner with IT to develop data governance models and data warehouse assets
• Recommend and develop process improvements to ensure effective, standardized analytical processes
• Review and critique complex technical designs and recommend enhancements to various current systems or those under development
• Advice management and stakeholders on design issues, capabilities and/or system limitations; develops and recommend remediation plans
• Effectively lead projects for advanced analytics and predictive modeling integration and implementationWhat we're looking forMust-have experience:
  • 5 - 7+ Years experience in analytics within the Financial Services industry, including design & implementation of forward-looking metrics to support & optimize business objectives
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Effective verbal and written communications with the ability to tailor communications to all levels of leadership to front line teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to think outside of box and challenge the status quoNice-to have Experience :
    • Retirement Plan Services Operations and Retirement Industry knowledge
    • Working knowledge of Tableau

      • Effective productivity/technology tools and trainingThe pay range for this position is $90,300 - $164,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
