Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-call diligence and keep detailed notes of
discussions
Identify and research potential compliance issues or items of
interest
Prepare written summaries of calls for client submission
Required Qualifications
Some college and/or professional work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe
Acrobat
Research and writing experience
Compliance oversight experience (any industry)
Customer service experience
