Job Description:
A company is looking for a Resident Architect (IC3 - IC4) in
Denver, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities
Scope, plan, and execute customer-specific projects to enhance the
adoption and utilization of products
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to lead engagements
and deliver training
Develop materials and insights to improve future customer
engagements and drive product improvements
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a software developer or in a technical
role
Experience with API integrations and architecting API-based
solutions
Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools like Grafana
or Looker
Experience in a technical, customer-facing role with an
understanding of the software development lifecycle
Ability to provide technical training on product features and best
practices
