Enjoy competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a supportive work culture that encourages growth and development.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC-controlled press brakes for routine tasks.Select and install the correct tooling and programming according to job specifications.Ensure production meets time standards and quality expectations.Report and document material, production, and quality issues.Perform routine checks using measuring equipment and maintain equipment through preventative maintenance.Schedule:Shifts: Day ShiftDays: Monday - FridayPay: Starting at $22.00 per hourRequirements:High school diploma or GED; 3 years of experience in a custom fabrication environment.Strong background in metal press forming and basic fabrication.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.Commitment to safety and quality.About the Role:Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating press brakes, making adjustments as necessary, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
