development.Key Responsibilities:Perform maintenance on HVAC,
electrical systems, plumbing, and machinery.Document all
maintenance using ISO forms.Test and monitor fire systems and
conduct quarterly generator checks.Maintain a clean and organized
maintenance area.Support snow removal and coordinate subcontracted
services.Schedule:Shifts: 1st and 2ndDays: Monday - FridayPay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hourRequirements:High school diploma or GED;
valid driver's license.3-5 years of mechanical or electrical
experience; proficiency in blueprint reading.Basic computer skills
(Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel).Preferred: 6-10 years of
maintenance experience and OSHA training.About the Role:Under the
Production Manager, the Maintenance Mechanic ensures efficient
operations of HVAC, alarms, generators, and machinery. You'll
contribute to process improvements and support the company's
quality initiatives.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift 25-50
pounds and work in various environments, including heights.If
