Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Agile Project Manager to
contribute skills in managing projects that improve health and
human services outcomes through technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of strategic
objectives for projects
Manage project reporting, metrics, and communication with
leadership
Guide teams in the PI planning process and coach engineering teams
on key metrics
Required Qualifications
9+ years of experience managing complex projects through a full
project management life cycle
Expertise in project management methodology or Certified Project
Management Professional (PMP)
Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and
Kanban
Ability to lead and translate program objectives into clear project
scope and milestones
Experience in training, guiding, and mentoring junior
colleagues
