Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Scrum Delivery to
lead Agile Delivery teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Agile Delivery team in a scaled agile environment to
ensure successful project delivery
Develop and maintain the Agile Delivery roadmap, prioritizing
initiatives and optimizing resource allocation
Mentor and coach a team of Scrum Masters, fostering their growth
and career development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work
experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Agile project management or
Agile delivery roles
Strong understanding and practical application of scaled agile
methodologies such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus
Possession of relevant Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum
Master (CSM) or SAFe certifications
Experience in utilizing metrics and data to drive program-level
insights and decision-making
