Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist responsible
for overseeing payroll administration and processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and administer payroll for multiple entities across various
states
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal wage and hour
laws
Coordinate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate
payroll execution
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in
accounting or finance
Five years of experience in payroll administration
Solid working knowledge of tax rules and regulations
Experience managing payroll for employee teams in India is
ideal
