Job Description:
As a Traveling Chef, you will ensure client and customer service
satisfaction is attained by providing culinary resources and
support. This includes coordinating and participating in preparing
and cooking various food items, planning and creating menus, and
rolling out new culinary programs. You may also assist with
managing cost controls and controlling expenditures. The position
requires 5 years of related culinary experience, including 1 year
at the management level. You should have knowledge of food and
industry trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation,
safety, food cost controls, and presentation. Additional
requirements include Supervisory, leadership, training, management,
and coaching skills, as well as ServSafe or Department of Health
Certification.
