Job Description:

Join our team as a Sous Chef at The Grill on 21, an elevated American Grill located in the heart of Chicago's financial district.

Mission Summary:

Ensure exceptional guest service
Develop and motivate hourly personnel
Manage kitchen operations, cost controls, and BOH systems

Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of stable management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Progressive career history
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook

    Physical Demands:
    - Stand and walk for 8-12 hours per day
