  High risk mothers/newborns
  Knowledgeable in placenta accreta (able to support), tubal ligation, cerclage, hysterectomies, assist as secondary nurse for C-section deliveries, circulate in vaginal delivers, surgical recovery, care for newborns, massive transfusions, pre-eclampsia, COVID
  No circulation for C-sections as primary nurse
  Skills required
  RN: Fetal monitoring, maternal assessments/interventions, high risk newborns/mothers post-delivery, cervical exams for labor progression, OB triage, able to assist with circulating c-sections, primary nurse for vaginal deliveries, assist with procedures, post-partum, L&D recoveries
  OB Tech - scrub c-sections, draw cord gases and blood at deliveries, and perform stocking, delivery set up, room set up, and Health Unit Coordinator tasks on the unit
