Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Denial Prevention & Process
Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze clinical and technical denials to identify patterns and
trends
Lead monthly denial prevention committee meetings and maintain
client relationships
Provide strategic recommendations for process improvement and
training on denial trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline required;
Healthcare Administration preferred
5+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle roles; 2+ years in
management
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred
Familiarity with various Hospital Accounting and EMR Systems
Intermediate to Advanced Excel & Access skills
