Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Hardware Sales &
Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from
hardware products and services
Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performance domestic and
international sales team
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify growth
opportunities and improve sales processes
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of managerial experience in a professional setting
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance required;
Master's preferred
Experience in planning and executing against an annual operating
plan with P&L ownership
Deep knowledge of managed teams and overall departmental
functions
Ability to manage multiple teams and report to top leadership
