Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Data Governance to
drive governance initiatives and foster collaboration across the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework
aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Oversee and mentor the data governance team, ensuring effective
implementation of governance standards
Build relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to drive
commitment for data governance initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technology field or equivalent relevant work
experience
7 or more years of practical experience in data governance or
related roles
Proven experience in leading change management initiatives
Strong understanding of data governance tools and practices
Experience in regulated industries such as finance, insurance, or
healthcare is a plus
