Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Representative to manage
billing and collections tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payments, adjustments, claims, and refunds accurately and
timely
Reconcile account balances and pursue payments and denials
Provide excellent customer service to patients and internal
clients
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of hospital billing and/or collections experience
1+ years of recent experience with UB-04 forms
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work flexible hours during business operations
